Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a blend of ricotta cheese, shredded chicken thighs, buffalo sauce, oven baked and served with a parmesan cream sauce and crumbled blue cheese
Olive oil base, freshly sliced fig, goat cheese crumble, caramelized onions, topped with arugula, Prosciutto and drizzled with balsamic reduction
Chicken and vegetable filling drizzled with house made chili hoisin sauce , green onion, sesame seeds
Freshly baked focaccia bread brushed with garlic butter and stuffed with double cream brie, candied cranberries, crushed walnuts

We pride ourselves on being a small locally-owned family restaurant. In 2021, I took my love of small plates, hand-crafted cocktails, and everything charcuterie, and, combined with two decades of restaurant experience, Cured Charcuterie & Cocktails was born. To highlight our fresh, seasonal ingredients, we change our feature menu monthly and our meat and cheese list is updated daily, with flavourful selections from around the world. The small intimate environment makes you feel as though we have welcomed you into our home. Our focus will will always be to serve fresh and innovative dishes, with our guests' experience a priority.
We offer all of our features and Charcuterie as take out options. Our guests can have their take out Charcuterie in a box, you may bring a board from home and we will build your board on it, or you can rent one of our boards for $10. We always cut our meats and cheeses fresh to order so most orders can be ready for pick up within the hour.
Cured Charcuterie offers a constantly changing selection of meats and cheeses from around the world. These selections can change daily so check back often for updates. Each Charcuterie board is customizable by number of items you'd like to order. All boards come with locally made jams, chutneys, pickled items, crostini and fresh bread.
